Plastic transport cases (Hard case)

Plastic shipping cases are manufactured using the ROTOMOLDING technique, which allows the production of durable and impact-resistant plastic shipping cases / Hard Cases.

The Plastic Transport Cases / Hard Cases are manufactured without the use of any third party material or technology.

ROTOMOLDING technology (rotational moulding) is a form of rotational moulding that mainly uses polyethylene (PE). This technology makes it possible to produce plastic products of different sizes and weights, which is not possible with other plastic processing technologies. In our case, the plastic transport boxes/hard cases made of polyethylene do not have any structural stresses, which increases the resistance of the transport box/hard case to impact and pressure from external factors.

Advantages of the ROTOMOLDING Plastic Transport Case / Hard Case:

  • One-piece seamless moulding made of lightweight, impact-resistant polyethylene (PE).
  • Material polyethylene (PE).
  • Ultraviolet resistance.
  • Resistance to cold and heat, polyethylene reacts minimally to temperature changes.
  • Cast-in reinforced corners and resistance edges for extra protection against impact and crushing.
  • Already during production, dents have been cast to allow the boxes to be transported stacked on top of each other.
  • Reliable and strong Batterfly / Bow Tie type locks that prevent the lid of the Transport Case / Hard Case from opening even on impact.
  • We use products from the world’s leading hardware manufacturers, Penn Elcom in the UK and Adam Hall in Germany, to manufacture our transport cases.
